Recounting the events of Final Fantasy VII Remake is a smart move by Square Enix. While it is not the rumored 17 min recap that reshow the events of Final Fantasy Remake. This shorter recap serves as a digest on the story of Final Fantasy VII Remake. And it keeps the hype train going for FFVIIR.

One thing that strikes me the most about the story is the yellow blossom. Red XIII tells us that the yellow blossom symbolizes freedom and reunion. One major theme of Final Fantasy VII is reunion. Usually, reunion is more associated with Jenova.

However, Aerith is holding that symbol of reunion via the yellow blossom. Could the reunion be taking on another aspect of reunion? Like the reunion of Cloud, Zack, and Aerith. After all, reunion is also in the title of the Crisis Core remake or remaster.
