New Skins
Yoshi P announced in a video message that free update to Final Fantasy XVI was now available! The update comes with new skins for Clive, Jill, Torgal, Joshua and Ambrosia. Clive continues to be the lord of drip when it comes to Final Fantasy protagonists.
He now sporting the new Burnt Black outfit. He looks just as cool as his original outfit. Jill dons her new Snow White, which is just as beautiful as her original outfit. Seriously, can Jill get any more stunning and awesome than she is now?
Torgal’s skin comes with a new skin of his own in form the Icy Blue. Icy Blue makes Torgal look so freaking cool and mythical. Clive may be the lord of drip, but Torgal is now the Final Fantasy best looking hound. In addition to already holding the mantle of Final Fantasy’s finest hound. Sorry Angelo.
Weapon Skins
The update also allows you to change the appearance of Clive’s weapon. Any previously obtained weapon can be used to Clive’s current weapon skin. Whenever skin you use will allow you to keep the current stats of the weapon you have equipped already.
Players will receive a new Onion Sword. The Onion Sword is a legendary weapon wielded by the Onion Knight in Final Fantasy III. Yoshi P says that this update is an expression of gratitude to all FFXVI players.
PC Version
Yoshi P noted that a lot of people have been asking for a PC port of the latest Final Fantasy. As a result, Yoshi P announced that the PC port of Final Fantasy XVI is officially in development. Soon, a lot more players will be able to experience the epic journey of FFXVI.
A PC port of FFXVI will dramatically boost the sales of the game. And with Creative Business Unit 3 developing the PC port, I think we all expect an excellent yet stable PC port for Final Fantasy XVI. In any case, this is excellent news.
Two DLCS?!
That’s right. Yoshi said that two paid DLCs are now in development for Final Fantasy XVI. A lot of the feedback shared online indicates that many players want more content in the world of Valisthea. Including yours truly.
Yoshi P will have more important to share by the end of the year. The Game Awards would most likely be the time for Yoshi P to share that information. The show always has trailers or information about upcoming games or DLC.
Final Fantasy XVI shows no signs of slowing down. Even though, the spotlight is shifting towards Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis and Rebirth. This is one train that is not stopping any time soon.
