A Remake Is Coming For Persona 4?!

The timing is perfect for me!

History Repeats Itself?

Persona 4 may be getting a remake soon.  @ScrambledFaz, a Persona Youtuber discovered a recently registered domain with the name, p4re.jp. The domain was registered on March 20th.

While the registered domain may not spell out a proper name for a Persona 4 remake. History tells us a different. This was the same case with Persona 3 Reload.

Before its eventual announcement, Persona 3 Reload was registered under the domain of p3re.jp. This domain was registered in 2023. A few weeks later, Persona 3 Reload was announced.

The newly registered domain, p4re.jp, is similar to the one for p3re.jp. The only difference is there is 4 instead of 3. This means that Persona 4 remake could be announced soon. If this whole scenario follows the same pattern.

Perfect Timing

Why is this perfect timing for me? Because I just wrapped up Persona 3 Reload. And I play Persona 5 Royal and Metaphor. So I was going to play Persona 4 next.

Persona 5 was my first Atlus and Persona game. P3R was my second mainline Persona game. Thanks to these two games, I am fully invested in this series.

So, a remake of Persona 4 would be perfect. While I am down to play Persona 4 Golden. I can wait for the remake of P4 for a better experience.

Normally, I don’t cover rumors. But, if this rumor turns out to be true. And history repeats itself. Then, it’s only a matter of time for Persona 4 Remake to be announced.

Persona 4 Remake could be announced during the Switch 2 Direct. It also could be revealed at another Xbox event. Since Xbox has been promoting Altus games to get more Japanese games to Xbox.

Regardless, I hope the rumors are true. But I have a good feeling they are. And I know it will be an excellent remake of Persona 4. Persona 3 Reload
